1 Step: Grab ingredients. Place all together. Organic coconut flour, complete pancake mix. Flaxseed meal. Almond Vanilla Milk. Cinnamon. Entire container of fresh blueberries and 2 cut up fresh bananas. 

Batter Ingredients: You can find at your local grocery store or at your nearast Walmart, Shoprite, Fresh Grocery. 
2 Step: Fold Inward with an envelope fold.
3 Step: Butter and a little Canola Oil. Place batter mix in the middle of pan. Pan should be on medium/low between 2/3. Wait until bubbles start to form on top. Then proceed slowly to lift up with metal spatular, then turn over fast. You may have to place a little more butter underneath pancake. For new side to not stick or burn fast. 
4 Step: About 2-3 minutes. Flip and take out. Syrup and enjoy.
